Custom Research

• We provide custom research services to Innovator Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Generic Pharmaceuticals companies
• Surya offers expertise in Route selection, Process development and Process optimization for intermediates and Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients (APIs) on both FTE and product supply basis, depending on the requirements of the customer.
• Surya has adequate expertise in developing and optimizing non-infringing processes, which are scalable to multi-ton quantities

• Surya cGMP compliant facilities offer products ranging from grams to a few hundred kilogram quantities to customers for development of intermediates and APIs.
• We offer exclusive custom synthesis of products, where the process is entirely developed by us where customers may provide us with basic optimized process
• We focus on providing comprehensive project management to ensure time lines
• We intent to become partner with drug discovery companies from pre-clinical trial stage for development and supply of advance intermediates and APIs

Large Scale Custom Manufacturing

• We have 15 years of rich experience in large-scale chemical synthesis utilizing integrated expertise of research, engineering and manufacturing.
• Based on the rich manufacturing experience of our commercial plants we will build and operate required capacities as per customer’s need to produce products from 100's of Kilos to several Metric Tons adhering to the supply time lines.

Technology

Our technology platforms on which we function are broadly divided in to two Focus Technologies viz. Core Technologies and Classical Technologies. Our Classical Technologies have been utilized on a regular basis in R&D and in the Bulk manufacturing facility. We have unique technical capabilities to handle reactions from -100°C to +220°C
