RAJIV GOYAL (Chairman & Managing Director)

Rajiv Goyal Chairman & Managing Director is a first generation Entrepreneur who founded Surya Pharmaceutical Limited in 1992 with a focus on advanced Pharmaceutical drug delivery and discovery. A thought leader, he is both highly dynamic and innovative. It is his foresight and vision which is instrumental in shaping the spiraling growth of Surya, the conglomerate. His unwavering faith in translating high ethical standards into real world practices has led the group to achieve unprecedented success in all its business operations.

Over a period of past 17 years/nearly two decades the company has grown rapidly. His flagship concern, Surya Pharmaceutical Limited is well positioned in both the domestic as well as international market and has expanded its production capacities in a phased manner through acquisitions and green field implementations. Today Surya has a well established presence across various business verticals including Healthcare Retail, Education and Infrastructure.

ALKA GOYAL (Executive Director)

The Executive Director of Surya, Alka Goyal is an able entrepreneur and administrator in her own right. She has, along with Rajiv Goyal, ably guided and mentored the growth and expansion of Surya. Known for her sharp business acumen and people management skills, she provides inspiration to the Surya team through her high levels of commitment. She presently looks after the company’s overseas operations.

RAJANSH THUKRAL (Associate Director & Chief Company Secretary)

Rajansh Thukral, - Associate Director & Chief Company Secretary, joined the Surya Corp in July, 2003 and has 27 years of vast experience and specialization in Corporate Laws, Risk Management, Project Management, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Legal, Administration and other Commercial affairs. Owing to his rich experience in corporate project management, this result-oriented leader is now also spearheading the company`s Education Initiative and has pooled together a formidable/highly talented team of educationists and academicians to establish Surya Institutes of academic Excellence. Prior to joining the Surya Corp, Rajansh Thukral has worked with Raj Agro Mills, The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Haryana Institute of Public Administration.

HARI OM BHATIA (Associate Director & Chief Financial Officer)

Hari Om Bhatia, Associate Director & Chief Financial Officer with more than twenty eight years of entrepreneurial experience in various verticals including Real Estate, Construction, White Goods & Consumer Durables, Financial Services, Forex, Information Technology and Pharmaceuticals. His present area of operations covers the entire gamut of financial activities including Treasury, Taxation, Accounts, Capital Structuring and Assessing & Processing acquisition proposals under consideration. He also heads our Retail ventures and is involved actively in Viva – our pan-India healthcare store chain.
